Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia Cheats & Action Replay Codes
Use region-matched Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia cheat codes for restoring Styler Energy, setting maximum Styler EXP and completing compatible captures with one loop. This guide explains the USA Game ID, activation buttons, emulator setup and the safest order for testing each Action Replay code.
Shadows of Almia cheat compatibility
The codes below use the Nintendo DS Action Replay format. A master or enable code is not required for the three listed blocks, but each complete block must be saved as a single cheat entry. The title belongs in the cheat-name field; only the hexadecimal lines belong in the code field.
Working Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia Action Replay codes
Copy the code lines with the orange button, then paste them into the code box in your Action Replay menu. The cheat name is intentionally kept separate so an emulator does not mistake it for part of the code.

How to activate: load normal gameplay and press Select. Complete a normal action that causes the game to refresh the displayed Styler progress.
Save carefully: make a separate backup before changing progression values, and disable the code after confirming the result.
One-Loop Capture
Community code by SCV52126370 EA000004 02126374 E3A00000 D0000000 00000000
How to activate: enable before a normal wild-Pokémon capture. One successful valid loop should complete compatible captures.
Do not use during the opening tutorials. The tutorial expects its normal capture sequence and may fail to progress correctly if the encounter finishes early. Disable this code for scripted captures if anything behaves unexpectedly.
How to use Shadows of Almia cheats
- Confirm the release. Use the North American copy identified as YP2E-85FBCC13. Do not assume a European or Japanese ROM accepts the same addresses.
- Back up the save. Copy the save file somewhere outside the emulator’s normal save folder before enabling a code.
- Create a new Action Replay entry. Put a descriptive title such as “Restore Styler Energy” in the name field.
- Paste only the hexadecimal code. Use the copy button above and paste the complete block into the separate code field.
- Enable one cheat. Start with every other code switched off, load the game and use the stated button or trigger.
- Confirm, disable and save cautiously. After the effect appears, turn off persistent or progression-changing codes before making a normal in-game save.
Cheat not working? Check these first
The code is accepted but nothing happens
Load actual gameplay before pressing the activator. Restore Energy requires a capture battle; Maximum Styler EXP requires Select. Some emulators also need the master “Enable cheats” setting switched on.
The emulator says the code is invalid
Select Action Replay DS—not GameShark, CodeBreaker or a raw-memory format. Remove the code title from the code field and check that every line contains two eight-character groups.
The game freezes or behaves strangely
Turn every cheat off, reload the unmodified save and test one block. Never use One-Loop Capture during tutorials, and avoid stacking codes that alter the same capture system.
Nothing works on a European copy
That is expected: this page targets Game ID YP2E-85FBCC13. Region-specific releases can move the relevant memory addresses, so obtain codes written for that exact release rather than forcing these entries.
Pokémon Ranger: Shadows of Almia cheat FAQ
Do these codes work on Delta, DeSmuME or melonDS?
They can work when the emulator supports Nintendo DS Action Replay codes and the legally obtained game dump matches the USA Game ID. Menu wording differs between emulators, so choose Action Replay DS and enter each whole block under its own title.
Is a master code required?
No separate master code is listed for these three blocks. If a code does nothing, first verify the region, Action Replay format, activation button and emulator-wide cheat setting.
Can I leave One-Loop Capture enabled?
It may work across ordinary encounters, but disabling it after use is safer. Do not enable it during tutorials, and switch it off for scripted or unusual captures if the expected event does not continue.
Are these cheats for the original Pokémon Ranger or Guardian Signs?
No. Every Ranger title has different identifiers and memory addresses. Use the dedicated guides linked below for the original Pokémon Ranger and Pokémon Ranger: Guardian Signs.
Will cheats damage my save?
Any memory-changing code can cause unexpected results when used with the wrong release, during a scripted scene or alongside a conflicting code. A separate save backup is the best protection; save states alone are not a substitute.
